So…why again do you use that tag ‘drivel’ ? Eric, I read here all the time and not once have I ever encountered ‘drivel’ of any kind.
I kinda just wanted you to know that.

Well, thank you. It just happens to be an all-inclusive tag I invented when I first started my blog, because I didn’t think all my pieces were that great. I’ve just been too lazy to change it, but perhaps it’s time I did.

I do believe this is the second time I have bitched about you calling your writing ‘drivel’ – dog with a bone syndrome maybe but I wouldn’t have mentioned it at all if I didn’t think it was inaccurate of what you share here with us all.
If only I was this anal about my housework – maybe the dishes would be done by now…

Now I just have to figure out how to correct that tag. Haven’t played with that since I started this blog and a lot has changed since then.
*shy* I am so sorry that I have harped on the subject – it wasn’t meant to make you uncomfortable or to make you have to go through a process to change anything Eric – I just believe that your writing is meaningful and relevant and that it does not deserve the tag of ‘drivel’ in any way.
Your poems are consistently observational – true to human nature – real life snapshots.
That is a talent.
I wouldn’t read if I thought what you were sharing was ‘drivel’.

I have tags like that as well – I just made new ones because they seem to pop up by default with the first letter I type when choosing tags (the ‘tags’ have been problematic for me here at wordpress – I know they help people find stuff they want to read but they aren’t always accurate – if yours read ‘poetry about life’ I could type that in and STILL be directed to a marketing site or a porn site – sick but true)

I figured out (after much searching) how to edit my tags, so I took off the “drivel” part. I like it better now. Thanks!
